As is well known, collectors’ activity is often accompanied by threats, regular calls at any time of day, and unlawful dissemination of personal data.

Our Client also became a victim of one of the largest collection companies in Ukraine.

With the help of our attorneys practicing in financial services and the improved 2021 legislation on collection companies, we protected the Client’s rights from intrusive collectors, and the financial company,  in turn, deleted all of the Client’s personal data from its database. The process was conducted without going to court and with minimal financial costs for the Client.
