Case: VINCO’S  protected a trademark owner’s rights in a pre-trial procedure against unlawful use on one of Ukraine’s largest marketplaces

Thus, on the prom.ua platform, third parties unlawfully used the Client’s trademarks by posting online offers to sell goods marked with the Rights Holder’s trademarks without permission.

Our attorneys documented the relevant intellectual property infringements and sent a claim demanding that any use of the Client’s marks for goods and services on the prom.ua online resource be ceased.

Following consideration of the claim, the portal administration removed product listings that had been posted on the site in violation of our Client’s intellectual property rights.

Thus, within the shortest possible time and at minimal cost, the Client’s trademark rights were protected and all infringements we had documented were eliminated.
