Registration of entities in the field of online media

Media play an important role in modern society, performing a number of key functions. They inform the public about important events, shape public opinion, serve as a platform for discussing current issues, and contribute to cultural development. Online media registration is voluntary — entities in this field may register their media of their own accord, at any time convenient for them.  The registration procedure consists of the registration authority reviewing your submitted documents for compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine and adopting the relevant decision on media registration.

Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Media,” a registration fee is charged for media registration in the amount of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons as of 1 January of the year in which the registration application is filed. We send you the necessary payment details, as the registration fee is paid by the applicant to the State Budget of Ukraine.

3. Extract from the Unified State Register (for legal entities);
4. Information about the media outlet required to prepare the documents.
