Pursuant to part 1 of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” the objects of copyright are works in the fields of science, literature and art, including written literary works of a fiction, journalistic, scientific, technical or other nature (books, brochures, articles, etc.).  Pursuant to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” the issues of copyright in works made for hire are regulated (a work made for hire is a work created by an author in the course of performing official duties under an official assignment or an employment agreement (contract) between the author and the employer).

Our lawyers prepared for the client an agreement on the allocation of property rights in a work made for hire, an order assigning official work, determined the amount of remuneration and the procedure for its payment, and prepared other materials required for the application. After a month and a half, the client received the certificate.
