In the course of the work, the lawyers analyzed a number of documents and also reviewed the construction client and the general contractor.
Result:
The review revealed that the real estate purchase scheme was non-transparent and that there was a risk of reselling the property to third parties.
In addition, our lawyers found that the construction client and the general contractor appear in several criminal proceedings, as a result of which the construction client’s bank accounts are under arrest.
